All our products are handmade and created to order. For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been placed.

Damages and issues

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will gladly review and arrange the replacement or refund.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
