CHAPTER ONE
Cutting and shaping the wood.
It all starts with the wood. Each piece is hand-selected, then carefully cut and shaped into the silhouettes that will eventually catch the air. No two pieces are exactly alike, every grain leaves its own signature, and every cut is guided by the artisan's eye.
CHAPTER TWO
Laying down the base color.
Once shaped, each piece is sanded smooth and given its first coat, a steady, even layer of color that becomes the foundation for everything that follows. This is the moment a quiet block of wood begins to take on a personality of its own.
CHAPTER THREE
Drying, and painting the details.
After the base color dries, the smallest details are painted by hand, feathers, eyes, soft accents that bring each piece to life. Every brushstroke is intentional, and the slight variations between pieces are exactly what makes them feel made, not manufactured.
